Meet Anderson.

Greetings! My name is Anderson, and I’m a certified personal trainer and certified nutritional coach.

I was born and raised in Colombia before moving to the United States when I was 20 years old. I lived in New York for some time and then moved to my current home in Ocala, Florida.

I graduated from Keiser University as an Occupational Therapist Assistant. More than 10 years of collective occupational therapy experience inspired me to also become a certified personal trainer.

Developing personalized gym and home exercise routines for my clients is my passion. The secret to my clients’ success is owed to the way I set realistic goals with the purpose of building consistency and discipline along the path to seeing results. Fitness is a lifestyle, and I’m here to help you achieve it!
